- Customer Service Focus: We need someone who enjoys helping residents and making their living experience comfortable.
- Technical
Skills:
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems is essential. Ability to perform general repairs and maintenance tasks. - HVAC Certification Preferred: While not required, having HVAC certification will give you an edge in this role.
- CPO Certification a Plus: Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is highly desirable.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. - Desire to Grow: We’re looking for individuals eager to learn and advance within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routinemaintenanceand repairs in apartments and common areas.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
- Assist with preventativemaintenanceprograms to ensure the property runs smoothly.
- Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, including service requests and repair logs.
- Ensure the property is in top condition, with an emphasis on safety and quality.
- Collaborate with the property management team to support community operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance, property management, or a similar field is preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- HVAC certification preferred.
- CPO certification is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents.
- Problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work weekends or after-hours as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
