Billboard Installer

We are seeking a reliable, dedicated, and hardworking Operations Associate / Billboard Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and removal of vinyl advertisements on outdoor advertising structures, as well as ensuring the upkeep of our billboard inventory. You will use a variety of tools and equipment to complete tasks while adhering to safety protocols.

This position requires daily physical labor, exposure to outdoor elements, and the ability to work at heights.

• Install and remove vinyl advertisements on billboards, ensuring proper display and adherence to client specifications.
• Construct wooden extensions for advertisements and assist with ongoing maintenance of billboard structures as needed.
• Use power tools, hand tools, and other equipment to complete tasks effectively (e.g., saws, drills, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.).
• Safely climb ladders, operate tools, and use ropes to secure materials at elevated heights.
• Participate in site assessments and ensure all work is performed safely in compliance with safety regulations.
• Transport and handle materials and equipment to and from job sites using company vehicles.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of company vehicles and equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Lift and carry materials ranging from 10 lbs. to 100 lbs. regularly.
• Maintain a safety-conscious mindset and follow all safety procedures while working outdoors and at heights.

• Previous experience with power tools, hand tools, ladders, or working at heights is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, physical strength, and ability to perform manual labor (lifting, climbing, kneeling, bending, etc.).
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions effectively.
• Valid driver's license required; a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain a E driver’s license if not already held.
• Basic electrical knowledge, welding skills, or experience with heavy equipment (e.g., lifts, cranes, forklifts) is a plus.

• Ability to lift weights up to 100 lbs. using safe lifting practices.
• Must be comfortable working at heights, using approved safety methods and equipment.
• Must be able to stand, kneel, sit, bend, climb, and perform other physical tasks regularly.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and wet weather.
