Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair:
    • Gas furnaces
    • Electric furnaces
    • Boilers
    • Air conditioners
    • Heat pumps
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and system inspections.
  • Read and interpret HVAC wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Complete service calls efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Accurately document work performed and recommend solutions when needed.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and service.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Arrive on time and manage daily schedules effectively.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience .
  • EPA Universal Certification required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with residential and commercial HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read and understand HVAC wiring diagrams.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Must possess required HVAC hand tools.
  • Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
