SSM Health - 1465 South Grand Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, equipment, and systems including fire and life safety components;
Repair and replace equipment and components per work orders and vendor instructions;
Coordinate with vendors/contractors for installations, repairs, and shut-offs of water and fire systems;
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and construction tasks as needed;
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and document work performed
