Your role:

In this carpentry position, you'll work with a small remodeling crew on various residential construction projects, including remodels, basement finishes, additions, and more, using Builder Trend™ to manage tasks. Your well-rounded skills ensure efficient, high-quality work, with a focus on cleanliness, professionalism, and a positive attitude, especially as many clients are home during construction. You'll collaborate respectfully with teammates, providing exceptional customer service by addressing clients' concerns.

• 15+ years of verifiable (IN RESUME) carpentry experience
• Expertise in many facets of residential construction, remodeling, and home repair
• Ability to identify and weigh the pros/cons of a decision and choose the best solution
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to be flexible
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
