BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Saint Louis, MO 63129. Responsibilities
* Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
* Perform general maintenance tasks, including:
o Basic plumbing repairs
o Electrical troubleshooting
o Appliance diagnostics and repair
o Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep
* Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation
* Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
* Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
* Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Requirements
* Previous apartment maintenance experience
* Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions
* Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
* Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Full tools and drill needed to complete repairs and make- ready turns required
