Ensures equipment is correctly installed, tested, and functioning prior to events;
Provides excellent customer service, communicates with clients on site, and maintains positive client relationships;
Performs break-down and load-out of equipment after events and completes necessary paperwork;
Maintains safety and operational procedures and assists with on-site coordination as needed
