What You'll Do

• Serve as the company's Licensed Plumbing Qualifier.
• Maintain your Missouri Master Plumber License in good standing.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local plumbing regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to plumbing technicians.
• Review complex installations, repairs, and code compliance issues.
• Mentor technicians and help establish quality workmanship standards.
• Assist with operational procedures, safety initiatives, and training.
• Partner with leadership to build a successful residential plumbing division.

What We're Looking For

• Current Missouri Master Plumber License.
• Eligible to serve as the company's Plumbing Qualifier.
• Strong knowledge of Missouri plumbing codes.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication and professionalism.
