Honest Abe's Home Services is seeking a motivated and skilled Journeyman Plumber (Residential Service Technician) to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals at various stages of their plumbing career, from apprentices to those seeking master certification. As a key member of our organization, you will provide exceptional plumbing services to residential customers, troubleshoot problems, and ensure high-quality installations and repairs.

• Installation & Repair: Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems, including but not limited to water heaters, faucets, toilets, sewer lines, drain systems, and more.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve plumbing-related issues effectively and efficiently, providing expert recommendations to customers.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with homeowners, addressing concerns and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Apprentice Responsibilities: For apprentice-level technicians, work alongside seasoned plumbers to develop skills, complete necessary training, and gain hands-on experience while adhering to safety standards.
• Code Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations, maintaining high safety standards.
• Documentation: Complete service orders, record work performed, and maintain accurate records. Prepare estimates and proposals for clients when needed.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal plumbing apprenticeship program is required.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record. A valid plumbing license in the state of Missouri is required.
• Experience: Journeyman: 2+ years of residential plumbing experience.
