Automotive Technician

We are a growing, family‑owned automotive repair business seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for a technician looking for a fresh start in a supportive, low‑pressure, and well‑organized work environment—without the stress often found in dealership settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle issues accurately and efficiently
• Perform repairs across a wide range of makes and models
• Conduct general maintenance and routine service
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Must provide your own basic hand tools (specialty tools and shop equipment provided)

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology
• 5+ years of automotive technician experience
• ASE certifications (strongly preferred and highly valued)

Compensation

• Pay is based on experience.
