McCormack Baron is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain our residential communities in a customer-centric manner. The role involves electrical, carpentry, plumbing, appliance repair and painting tasks on-site in community units.
Two years of experience in resident maintenance and HVAC certification are preferred. Valid driver’s license required and on-call rotation may be necessary.
