Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually
Traveling Bank Equipment Installer HOURS OF WORKMonday-Thursday Be at job site by 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, but must be flexible in order to service customers.
Job SummaryUnder the general direction of the Bank Equipment Installation Manager, the Bank Equipment Installer is responsible for installing a variety of bank equipment, including ATMs, safes, safety deposit boxes, teller windows, under counter steel, vaults, vault doors, and vault vents. This position requires frequent travel, attention to detail, and the ability to safely complete installations according to project specifications.
Essential Responsibilities- Install bank equipment according to blueprints, work diagrams, and project specifications.
- Operate hoists, lifts, forklifts, and other equipment to safely position and install products.
- Lead and provide direction to team members on installation projects when assigned.
- Perform finishing work to ensure equipment is fully operational after installation.
- Clean and inspect installed equipment upon project completion.
- Set combinations on safes, night depositories, and other security equipment.
- Assist with the setup of audio systems and related equipment as needed.
- Complete all required paperwork, including timesheets and job documentation, accurately and on time.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Contribute to a safe, productive, and professional work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to travel overnight on a weekly basis.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Experience in one or more of the following:
- General construction
- Welding
- Roofing
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Drywall (sheetrock)
- Tile work
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Proficient with power and hand tools.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to walk up and down stairs throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 200 pounds.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
