Deca Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and turnover tasks across our St. Louis-area properties, including apartments and houses. You’ll handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general handyman work to ensure units meet company standards.
The role requires basic handyman tools, a valid driver’s license, a background check, and on-call availability. Start time is negotiable between 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM, with 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
