Mission
Own the plan‑build‑close loop for multi‑trade small projects (bath refreshes, patch‑and‑paint packages, small decks/fences under permit thresholds). You run scopes tightly, keep homeowners informed, and hand projects over punch‑free.
Responsibilities- Crew leadership and trade coordination; daily standups and safety checks
- Materials ordering/pickups within caps; request POs/change orders
- Quality control: protection, tolerances, finish standards, code awareness
- Inspections when required; red/yellow risk flags and escalations
- Company Cam photo logs;
Click Up notes, checklists, and close‑out package
- 5+ years residential field experience with leadership responsibility
- Strong sequencing, punchlist management, and customer communication
- Knowledge of MO/IL permit triggers and inspection expectations
- Tools/vehicle; smartphone proficiency; clean driving and reliable schedule
- Schedule performance (planned vs. actual) and budget variance
- Documentation completeness; safety compliance
- Project‑based or milestone draws per PO; ACH/Card
- Net‑7 per approved milestone with invoice referencing Job/PO#
