Underground Plumbing Laborer – Entry Level
$18/hour | Full Benefits | No Experience Required
Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company is hiring an entry-level laborer to support our Underground Plumbing Team with sewer and drain work. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and start building a career in a skilled trade with a 4th-generation family company.
What You’ll Do- Assist with pipe cleaning and sewer line work
- Support excavation and job site setup
- Load, carry, and organize tools and materials
- Work outdoors as part of a team to complete underground plumbing projects
- Reliable and ready to work hard
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on labor
- Positive attitude and strong team mindset
- No experience required — we’ll train you
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM until the job is complete
- $18.00 per hour
- 100% paid health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with 6% company match (100% vested on Day
1) - 2 weeks PTO + 5 sick days
- 6 paid holidays
- Uniforms provided + $200 annual boot allowance
