Renuity seeks experienced 1099 Bath Installers to complete high-quality bathroom remodels in residential homes. As an independent contractor, you'll handle demolition, prep, installation of tubs, showers, surrounds, and fixtures, ensuring code compliance and clean, finished results. Partner with our local teams for scheduled projects, materials, and support. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented professionals who prioritize safety, communication, and a top-tier homeowner experience while meeting performance and timeline expectations.

Responsibilities

• Complete demolition and prep work for residential bathroom remodels
• Install tubs, showers, surrounds, and related fixtures to manufacturer specs and local codes
• Perform basic plumbing connections and adjustments within project scope
• Ensure proper waterproofing, sealing, and finishing for long-lasting installations
• Review job orders, measurements, and materials before each project
• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and follow all safety and OSHA guidelines
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and Renuity project coordinators
• Document work completed, issues, and change orders as needed
• Manage schedule to complete projects on time as an independent contractor
• Care for company-supplied materials and report inventory or issues promptly
