• Install premium motorized retractable screens that transform patios into comfortable, usable spaces.
• Learn skilled carpentry and installation techniques from experienced team members.
• Work directly with homeowners who are excited to see the finished result.
• See the results of your work almost every day—most projects are completed in just 1–2 days.

• Construction, carpentry, landscaping, manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, maintenance, or other hands‑on experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working on ladders and using hand and power tools.
