Location: St. Louis
Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community in top condition and provide world-class service to residents. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure timely completion of service requests across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic troubleshooting skills, and the ability to obtain regional certifications within 9 months.
