• Hourly rate up to $49/hour depending on experience

A line trips on an electrical fault mid-run. You interpret the schematic, verify circuits, check a pneumatic actuator, confirm a hydraulic pressure setting, and restore operation. Later, you assist with a new equipment install, verify guard interlocks, log your findings, and share ideas to improve reliability. That’s a typical win in this role.

• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems to minimize downtime.
• Inspect and test assets to ensure safe, efficient performance.
• Collaborate with peers to enhance equipment reliability and throughput.
• Accurately document repairs, inspections, and parts usage.
• Assist in installing and commissioning new machinery and systems.
• Adhere to safety standards and keep work areas orderly.
• Participate in training to expand your electromechanical expertise.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training/certification preferred.
• Experience as an electromechanical technician or similar maintenance role.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• PLC troubleshooting experience a plus.
• Welding experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used for maintenance work.
• Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and communication.
