We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team and perform precise finishing work on wood trim and molding installations. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, accuracy, and delivering high-quality results in residential projects.
Responsibilities- Measure, cut, install, and finish interior and exterior trim components with accuracy and care
- Work with materials such as baseboards, crown molding, casing, window and door trim, and decorative millwork
- Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and specifications to complete projects to required standards
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete carpentry tasks
- Inspect completed work for quality, alignment, and proper fit
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and jobsite requirements
- Previous experience in trim carpentry, finish carpentry, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of measuring, cutting, fitting, and installing trim materials
- Ability to use carpentry tools and equipment with precision and care
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to read basic plans, sketches, and construction documents
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform work that may include standing, lifting, bending, and climbing
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 5 years experience with custom millwork or high-end finish carpentry
- Familiarity with jobsite safety practices and building codes
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
