Skills:
Seeking a highly skilled Avionics Installer IV with advanced proficiency in 3D modeling software, preferably CATIA and 3DX (My3D). Candidate must be capable of performing detailed measurements and planning new avionics installations directly from 3D models. Strong knowledge of aircraft wiring systems, wire routing, electrical installations, and blueprint interpretation is essential. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate leadership abilities, including mentoring and training less experienced avionics installers, promoting best practices, quality workmanship, and continuous skill development within the team.
The compensation range for this role is $27.72 - $36.38 per hour.
Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to: minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, and location.

Education and Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED Two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics and two (2) years related work experience; or four (4) years experience in an avionics/electronic career field. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams.
Position Purpose
:
Leads, supports, and assists the efforts of technicians performing avionics installations. Fabricates wire harnesses, installs, terminates, ring-out, and assists in functional test of avionics/electrical systems.
