What You’ll Do:

Lead with Safety & Performance – Ensure every crew member stays safe and performs at their best. Their success starts with you.
Manage Multiple Crews & Job Sites – Oversee teams ranging from 3-15 painters, keeping projects on track and up to Kennedy Painting’s high standards.
Set the Bar for Quality & Efficiency – Guarantee clean job sites, property protection, and flawless finishes.
Train & Develop Your Team – Provide hands‑on field training to elevate skills and efficiency.
Own the Customer Experience – Conduct pre‑job walkthroughs, set clear expectations, and communicate daily updates with clients.
Keep Projects Running Smoothly – Order materials, manage sundries, and seamlessly transition between projects.
Close with Confidence – Perform final walk‑throughs, handle touch‑ups, and ensure client satisfaction before signing off.
Stay Aligned with Leadership – Keep the office informed about job progress and attend key operations meetings.
