HVAC Installation Tech

Location: St. Louis, MO

Pay Range: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour (depending on experience) + Bonus Pay for After-Hours Work

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM | Overtime Available

What You'll Do

Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Complete ductwork, gas piping, and refrigeration piping
Test and balance systems for proper performance
Ensure installations meet local codes and company standards
Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

What We're Looking For

2+ years of HVAC installation experience
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Strong understanding of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Experience with ductwork, refrigeration systems, and gas piping
Knowledge of low-voltage controls and startup procedures
HVAC trade school preferred
NATE certification (or ability to obtain within one year)
Ability to obtain St. Louis County HVAC Journeyman License within 2-3 years
