As a Facilities Equipment Specialist, you will ensure the peak performance of advanced robotic and material handling infrastructure. By conducting proactive repairs and system optimizations, you will directly impact the reliability and efficiency of our automated distribution environment.

By conducting proactive repairs and system optimizations, you will directly impact the reliability and efficiency of our automated distribution environment.
Responsibilities- Execute preventative maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and system longevity.
- Resolve complex electrical and mechanical failures in conveyors, motors, relays, and industrial sensors.
- Install and calibrate automated distribution hardware to meet operational throughput requirements.
- Diagnose root causes of mechanical malfunctions and implement durable, long-term technical solutions.
- Document all service activities and equipment modifications to maintain comprehensive operational logs.
- Promote a culture of safety by strictly adhering to industrial protocols and identifying potential hazards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance or mechanical repair.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting 120/208/480V electrical systems.
- Ability to interpret complex technical blueprints, schematics, and service manuals.
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with powered hand tools and heavy equipment repair.
- Technical certification in industrial maintenance, HVAC, or a related trade.
- Experience with hydraulic systems and component repair.
- Background in lift truck maintenance or conveyor system diagnostics.
- Proven ability to work autonomously while contributing to team-based projects.
