As a national leader in providing services to individuals with disabilities and mental illness, we’re seeking dedicated leaders to join our St. Louis office as Direct Support Professionals in our High Behavior Supported Living Homes.

Responsibilities
  • Protect and honor the rights of people with disabilities
  • Create a supportive and clean home environment
  • Support skill acquisition and enhancement as outlined in individual service plans (ISPs).
  • Assist with daily living tasks and ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Administer medications and follow healthcare protocols under nurse supervision.
  • Document client progress and goals
  • Engage individuals in age-appropriate recreational and therapeutic activities.
  • Safely transport individuals as needed
  • Collaborate with co-workers to enhance growth
  • Participate in ongoing professional training
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Valid auto insurance and driver’s license required
  • Reliable transportation required
  • High school diploma or equivalency
