As the Community Housing Associate Director
, you provide leadership and oversight for the development, implementation, and operation of programs serving transition-age youth in partnership with organizational leadership. This position will oversee the operations of Rapid Rehousing, Independent Living, Maternity Group Home, and Supported Apartments and other assigned programs.

Youth In Need has been around since 1974 helping to create safe places for the area's most vulnerable children. We have more than 400 full- and part-time staff who serve more than 8,000 children, teens and families at nearly 100 locations in six counties in Eastern Missouri.

• Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, or related field, or a combination of education and experience equal to four years.
• Familiarity with at-risk youth behaviors/barriers, knowledge of the St. Charles area/neighborhoods and available services.
• Supervisory experience and experience working with at-risk youth required.
• Must be CPR certified and obtain Class E Driver’s License.
• Grants writing experience preferred.

Salary: $60,000 per year.
