We are actively hiring teachers, school staff, and education professionals who are looking for structured, predictable summer work.

You’ll work a steady weekday schedule with no nights, no weekends, and no after-hours demands—just clear expectations and reliable hours.

• Clean and maintain common areas in apartment communities (hallways, offices, fitness centers, etc.)
• Perform detailed “turn cleans” in vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents
• Follow clear, established cleaning checklists and quality standards
• Work independently with support from a small, dependable team

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance
• Ability to travel between job sites in the metro area
• Ability to perform physical work (standing, bending, lifting, walking throughout the day)
• Ability to pass background screening (if required)

• $1/hour raise at 90 days for strong contributors
