The Position
Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, ministry of Queen of Peace, is hiring a Counselor. In this role, you will provide evidence-based, face‑to‑face, goal‑oriented individual and group counseling services while actively participating as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team. This role promotes a family‑centered approach to care by encouraging the involvement of children, families, and community partners in the treatment process.
Responsibilities- Provide evidence‑based substance use and mental health counseling, including individual and group therapy.
- Develop treatment plans, coordinate cases, and maintain clinical documentation in compliance with DMH, CSTAR, and COA standards.
- Assess needs and assist clients in finding their path forward.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team members.
