Position

Maternity Group Home Case Manager – Youth In Need.

• Partner with youth to learn and develop the necessary skills for long‑term independence by developing positive parenting skills.

• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood, Social Work, Psychology or related field OR equivalent combination of post‑secondary school and experience that equals four years.
• CPR certification and Class E driver’s license required.
