The Position
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis through its St. Patrick Center service line is hiring an Intake and Retention Specialist to coordinate all HERO Program intakes and admissions, collect required documentation, and provide follow‑up case management for up to one year for clients transitioning to permanent housing. The Specialist supports housing stability, self‑sufficiency, and community integration by coordinating individualized services, collaborating with clients, families, natural supports, and providers, and tracking progress toward goals outlined in the Individual Service Strategy/Treatment Plan of Care (ISS).
The core working hours are Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
