Case Manager – Street Outreach Program
We provide case management and advocacy for runaway, homeless, and at‑risk youth, collaborating with partners to reduce barriers and promote self‑advocacy.
Responsibilities- Provide case management and advocacy services for at‑risk youth.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to reduce barriers and facilitate access to community resources.
- Support youth in developing self‑advocacy skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field OR high school diploma with at least four years of human services experience OR comparable combination.
- Experience working with at‑risk youth and group facilitation.
- CPR certification required.
- Valid Class E driver’s license.
- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance at low cost.
- Paid Time Off: 12 holidays, 1 floating holiday, 12 sick days, and 2 weeks vacation (increases with years of service).
