Job Summary:
Join our compassionate and collaborative team as a Schools Team Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in providing prevention and early intervention services within local school districts. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students through education, skill‑building, and early identification of at‑risk behaviors. If you are passionate about youth development, prevention programming, and community engagement, this role allows you to promote wellness, resilience, and positive decision‑making in school this role, you will collaborate closely with school staff, families, and community partners to deliver prevention services, coordinate program activities, and support students through targeted interventions.
You will also assist with program planning, reporting, and ensuring services align with funding requirements and community needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement annual strategic plans with school districts to address prevention and intervention needs
Provide training, consultation, education, and referral support to school staff and Team of Concern initiatives
Deliver direct services to students including classroom presentations, group sessions, and individual skill‑building interventions
Support students in developing healthy decision‑making, emotional regulation, and social skills
Identify at‑risk students in collaboration with school personnel and assist with interventions or referrals
Maintain accurate documentation, including consent forms, intakes, and service records in compliance with confidentiality standards
Participate in staffing meetings and contribute to program quality improvement efforts
Provide required documentation and reports to leadership and funding sources
Maintain effective communication between school districts and organizational programs
Support community outreach through presentations, events, and networking opportunities
Collaborate with school partners to evaluate and improve program effectiveness
Promote a positive and professional presence with students, families, and stakeholders
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Education, Experience, and/or Credential
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related human services fieldOR...Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Public Health, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field with at least one (1) year of professional experience in a social service setting
Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing prevention programming related to alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use among youth
At least one (1) year of experience in a coordination or program implementation role preferred
Additional Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and current auto insurance
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships with students, families, school personnel, and community partners
Knowledge of prevention and early intervention strategies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Proficiency with documentation and electronic record systems
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Physical Requirements Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
Ability to perform repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements for typing and documentation
Ability to sit for extended periods with occasional walking or standing
