Purpose
Coordinate all activities of the HSO Volunteer Office including volunteer assignments and scheduling, new volunteer on‑boarding and training, and issue resolution. Also responsible for maintaining accurate files on all volunteers and auxilians to meet regulatory compliance guidelines. May track and coordinate bereavement services for Home Care Services.
Responsibilities- Coordinate all volunteer operations, systems and processes.
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, orientation and placement of volunteers.
- Monitor use of volunteer resources.
- Coordinate communication and volunteer recognition.
- Associate’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree
