ResponsibilitiesEngage with justice involved individuals to create awareness of employment and training opportunities.
Provide assessments and career guidance to develop learning pathways.
Collaborate closely with CJC, OVP, and partner staff to ensure individual success.
Provide and document case management activities to individuals who are participating in Re-Entry Connect services.
Ensure individuals have access to sustainable employment opportunities.
Collaborate with other job center staff and agency partners to ensure individuals successful transition into the community.
Deliver excellent customer service to serving each customer.
Perform other related work as assigned.
- Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
Minimum qualifications include beneficial education and/or work‑related experience in business, criminal justice, public administration or closely related areas, including military or re‑entry services.
