ReNEW Schools is seeking a School Social Worker to serve as the primary liaison between the school, families, and community organizations, coordinating wraparound services that remove barriers to student success. You will engage in student support, family engagement, and community partnerships.
Responsibilities include counseling, needs assessments, MTSS/IEP collaboration, risk and crisis response, and tracking outcomes while maintaining confidential documentation in line with FERPA and IDEA.
