Lead Street Outreach Case Manager

As the Lead Street Outreach Case Manager, you will manage the Coordinated Entry system in St. Louis City and County and provide case management and advocacy services for runaway, homeless and at-risk youth.

You will support the Street Outreach team, develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies and supervise a group of program staff.

We are interested in a Lead Street Outreach Case Manager with a Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field. We're looking for someone who is familiar with at-risk youth behaviors and barriers and has experience working with hard to reach or at-risk individuals and families. Knowledge of how to access community resources is a plus!

Ability to be CPR certified is required. Ability to obtain Class E Driver's License is required.

This is a salaried position starting at $43,888 per year.
