Location: St. Louis
Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking an Home Health RN Case Manager in St. Louis, MO. The role offers a real Monday–Friday schedule with on-call about once a month and a pay-per-visit model that rewards you for completed visits.
You’ll receive paid training (4–6 weeks with guaranteed pay), a ride-along option to see the role before you commit, and PTO accruing from day one (10 days plus 6 floating holidays). Mileage is reimbursed on every visit, including qualifying out-of-town trips.
