The Salvation Army Ferguson Community Empowerment Center is seeking a full-time PoH/ESS Case Manager to deliver intake, assessment, and ESS services and to manage Pathway of Hope initiatives. Starting pay is $41,000 per year.
Responsibilities include pre-screening, goal setting, follow-up meetings, data entry in SIMS, and coordinating with community resources to meet basic needs. This role requires strong communication and teamwork with diverse populations.
