The Salvation Army Ferguson Community Empowerment Center is seeking a full-time PoH/ESS Case Manager to provide intake, assessment, and ESS services to individuals seeking assistance. You will manage Pathway of Hope services, help with food, utility bills, rent, and other needs, coordinate with community resources, and document client progress in SIMS.
Bachelor’s degree in human services with related experience is required; strong communication and the ability to work with diverse populations
