As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain applications that directly support moderation workflows and community management. You will contribute across the entire development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment, ensuring the systems you build are scalable, reliable, and secure. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and data teams, you will help deliver high-impact features that improve moderator experiences and community engagement.

You will also help define technical standards, mentor junior engineers, and continuously refine development practices. • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and services to enhance moderation and community management workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused features
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, experimentation, and deployment
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback on design and product specifications, and recommend best practices
• Define and maintain technical standards that improve developer workflows and system performance
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing within the team
• Adapt platforms and systems to evolving privacy, security, and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent technical experience
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in scalable computing environments
• Proficiency in modern languages such as Go, Python, and Type Script
• Experience with frameworks and tools such as Node.js, Lit, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Strong understanding of API design, backend integration, and building secure, scalable systems
• Demonstrated ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects from design to deployment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset: self-directed, innovative, and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Experience with database technologies like Big Query, Redis, Cassandra, or PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of privacy, security, and regulatory compliance considerations is a plus
