You'll be working with our Product Engineering team of 7 and get to see the impact of your code commits to customers, other teams at Referral Rock, and the business.

You won’t be bogged down with unnecessary meetings, but we make time for aligning the team on goals & objectives.

Referral Rock is a B2B SaaS company that provides referral software to help businesses acquire new customers through word-of-mouth marketing (refer-a-friend, affiliate, partner marketing)

Our 20-person team is 100% remote, ambitious, calm + never had a layoff. We work in EST hours but are flexible with at least 70% working hour cross-over.

• Must be available for daily standup meetings at 10am EST
• Works with the product team members to design and develop customer-facing features
• Develop APIs and backend services in .NET
• Helps maintain the existing code base by refactoring code and fixing defects
• Provision Azure services and help keep our infrastructure running
• Contributes to improving your team's processes and best practices
• Reviews code and provides constructive feedback

• Actively uses AI-powered development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to improve code quality, debugging, and development speed
• 5+ years professional software development experience
• 4+ years experience with C#
• 3+ years experience with SQL Server
• 3+ years experience with React.js
• 2+ years experience with Next.js
• 3+ years experience with Azure Services
• 2+ years Maintaining IT infrastructure

• UI / UX
• Experience with Elastic Search
• Familiarity with OWASP top 10 and web application security
