SDC Java Software Developer---Staff/Analyst---St. Louis

As an FSO Technology Analyst, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, working with U.S.

-based colleagues on technology project‑based work and managed services. You’ll design, build, configure, test, analyse, deliver and support technology solutions for clients in a fast‑paced environment that requires flexibility, prioritization and rapid learning.

• Support engagement teams in analysing specific business requirements and developing, integrating, testing, and deploying distributed software applications.
• Deliver high‑quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.
• Demonstrate in‑depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prior fullstack software product development experience, including Dev Ops tools and services.
• Ability to deliver engineering solutions through all phases of the project lifecycle using proven agile methodologies.
• Hands‑on technical proficiency in multiple programming languages.
• Effective collaboration with client engagement teams and a diverse workforce.
• Understanding of current technology trends and the ability to provide recommendations.
• Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in technology software development.
• Back‑end experience with modern technologies:
  Java, Python, Node.js, REST, No
  
  SQL, Microservices, Serverless, AWS, Azure.
• Front‑end development with modern frameworks:
  React, Angular, or responsive web design.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience building cloud‑native or microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS, and container deployment.
• Proficiency with collaborative development tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks; knowledge of TDD or BDD.
• Comfortable working in an agile, TDD environment.

• Experience with Elastic Search.
• Experience with Hadoop/Spark/Flume.

• Competitive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranges of $55,400–$113,000 (US) and $66,600–$128,500 for certain metro areas.
