As an FSO Technology Analyst, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, working with U.S.
-based colleagues on technology project‑based work and managed services. You’ll design, build, configure, test, analyse, deliver and support technology solutions for clients in a fast‑paced environment that requires flexibility, prioritization and rapid learning.
- Support engagement teams in analysing specific business requirements and developing, integrating, testing, and deploying distributed software applications.
- Deliver high‑quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.
- Demonstrate in‑depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prior fullstack software product development experience, including Dev Ops tools and services.
- Ability to deliver engineering solutions through all phases of the project lifecycle using proven agile methodologies.
- Hands‑on technical proficiency in multiple programming languages.
- Effective collaboration with client engagement teams and a diverse workforce.
- Understanding of current technology trends and the ability to provide recommendations.
- Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technology software development.
- Back‑end experience with modern technologies:
Java, Python, Node.js, REST, No
SQL, Microservices, Serverless, AWS, Azure. - Front‑end development with modern frameworks:
React, Angular, or responsive web design. - Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience building cloud‑native or microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS, and container deployment.
- Proficiency with collaborative development tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks; knowledge of TDD or BDD.
- Comfortable working in an agile, TDD environment.
- Experience with Elastic Search.
- Experience with Hadoop/Spark/Flume.
- Competitive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranges of $55,400–$113,000 (US) and $66,600–$128,500 for certain metro areas.
