Analyze large and complex datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and stand-ups.
Maintain documentation and ensure best practices in AI development and deployment.
Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field, or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
Strong programming skills in Python or R.
Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience working with NLP, computer vision, or other AI techniques.
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Azure Dev Ops or Scrum.
Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI workflows in real-world projects.
Experience with modern multi-agent architectures.
Strong understanding of agentic frameworks and tools.
Ability to contribute to system architecture and design decisions.
Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified, Azure Fundamentals).
Experience managing multiple AI projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
