Developer, Backend Developer, Software Development

As a Developer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming business needs into innovative, scalable software solutions. In this hands‑on, individual contributor role, you’ll drive the software development lifecycle—from understanding requirements and designing elegant solutions to coding, testing, documenting, and deploying high‑quality applications. A passionate problem solver, this role performs with commitment to technical excellence and the ability to meet business goals with reliable solutions.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web & enterprise applications across the full stack; front‑end & back‑end
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Provide Tier‑2 support and track down issues with existing software solutions
• Write & maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and processes
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related fields OR equivalent experience
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in a software development role
• Proficient in full‑stack development (front‑end & back‑end technologies)
• Proficient in developing applications using object‑oriented programming (OOP) languages (eg., C#, Java, or similar)
• Proficiency working with relational databases (eg. SQL, PostgreSQL)
• Proficiency working with HTML, CSS, & JavaScript frameworks (eg. React)
• Skilled in RESTful API development & integration
• Skilled with version control systems (Git) & Agile Development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
• Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Prior experience supporting production systems and Tier‑2 supports
