Job Title: Software Engineer (Tri Zetto EAM / FACETS)

Pay Range: $45- $55/hr
Description:We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with 12+ years of experience in Tri Zetto Elements EAM, FACETS, and .NET development. The ideal candidate will support Medicare enrollment operations, develop and configure EAM solutions, build integrations with enterprise systems, and ensure reliable enrollment transaction processing. Candidates must have strong SQL development skills and experience working in healthcare payer environments.
Role and Responsibilities: EAM Development & Configuration- Develop and maintain Tri Zetto Elements EAM solutions.
- Configure and support EAM workflows and business processes.
- Build and enhance enrollment transaction processing capabilities.
- Configure fallout management and exception handling processes.
- Support EAM product upgrades and release implementations.
- Medicare Enrollment Processing
- Support Medicare Advantage and Part D enrollment operations.
- Implement CMS regulatory updates and business changes.
- Support enrollment intake, member maintenance, and coverage updates.
- Configure and support Special Election Period (SEP) processing.
- Assist with Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) readiness activities.
- Integration Development
- Develop and support EAM integrations with FACETS, QNXT, and external systems.
- Work with APIs, interface files, and data exchange mechanisms.
- Support inbound and outbound data integrations.
- Analyze and resolve interface processing issues.
- Validate and reconcile enrollment data across systems.
- Required Skills:
- 12+ years of Software Development experience.
- Strong experience with Tri Zetto Elements EAM.
- Experience with FACETS (required).
- Strong .NET development experience.
- SQL / PL-SQL development.
- EAM Workflow Engine.
- EAM Core Integration.
- EAM APIs.
- EAM Configuration.
- XML / JSON.
- Batch Processing.
- Integration with FACETS, QNXT, and external systems.
- Medicare Advantage and Part D enrollment processing.
- CMS regulatory compliance and enrollment processing.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Tri Zetto Elements EAM.
- Experience with FACETS and healthcare payer systems.
- Strong .NET development background.
- Experience supporting Medicare enrollment and CMS regulations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
