Cardinal Ritter College Prep is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Baseball Coach to support the head coach in all aspects of the baseball program. This role includes player development, team support, and contributing to a disciplined and competitive team environment.
Job Responsibilities- Assist with planning and conducting practices and games.
- Assist with teaching fundamentals of baseball, including rules, techniques, and situational play
- Encourage academic achievement, teamwork, and character development.
- Assist with program logistics, including uniforms, equipment, and travel.
- Serve as a positive role model and uphold team values and expectations.
- Previous baseball playing or coaching experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of baseball strategy, fundamentals, and instruction.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- MSHSAA certification or eligibility.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
