- Home Time: 2-3 weeks out, 2-3 days home
- Company works diligently to get drivers through home domicile once a week (may be for a day, night, couple of hours, or prior approved day off)
- Policy: 1 week on the road = 1 day off
- If 2+ days requested, 2+ weeks on road required
- Up to 4 days off maximum
- 34-hour resets are not typical downtime and must be approved
- Equipment must be active by the 5th day
- If more than 4 days off requested/approved, arrangements must be made to leave equipment at designated terminal
- OTR runs from driver's home area through the country (minus the Northeast)
- Delivery locations and haul lengths vary based on place of residence
- No-touch freight

- May be assigned other models:
Internationals, Peterbilt, or other as available - Choice of equipment is not an option
- Brand-new trucks not available to new drivers
- Fleet rotated every 3 years - may be assigned newer tractor
- Pre-Pass and Easy-Pass installed for tolls and port of entry bypass
- Pulling 53' trailers
- ALL new drivers attend 3-day Advanced Post Hire Education (APHE)
- In-truck and classroom training
- Training includes:
Reefer, coupling, pre-trip, trip planning, fueling, backing, and Platform Science
- Length: 4-5 Days (Monday - Thursday/Friday)
- Paid minimum wage for actual orientation (approximately 4-5 hours)
- Remote orientation available for most lanes

Equipment Return Policy:
