Position Title: Delivery Driver
Location: St. Louis, MO (Metro Area)
Compensation: $17–$22/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00/3:30 PM (occasional Saturdays)

As a Delivery Driver
, you will play a critical role in ensuring tools, materials, and plans are safely and efficiently delivered to job sites throughout the Metro STL area. You will help maintain smooth project workflows by double-checking materials, supporting tool management, and being a reliable, professional representative of Streib. When not out in the field delivering materials you will be working in our warehouse with the warehouse team and associates, maintaining the location, equipment, and materials on a daily basis.

• Transport tools, materials, and plans to job sites across the Metro STL area, occasionally driving up to an hour outside the city.
• Safely operate trucks under 26,000 lbs. payload and pickup trucks, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Perform tool check-ins and check-outs, ensuring functionality and proper inventory management.
• Engage with customers and vendors in a professional manner during pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain an organized, process-driven approach, double-checking materials before leaving for deliveries.
• Assist with warehouse tasks as needed, including inventory and organization.
• Ability to use technology (e.g., apps, GPS, or tracking systems) to optimize routes and task management.
• Assist in ensuring tools are in proper working condition and readily available for use.

• Valid Class E License or ability to get one before first day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with power tools and job site tools (training provided if needed).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the St. Louis metro area and nearby regions.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
• A team-oriented attitude, asking for work proactively when tasks are completed.
• Ability to pass a background check prior to hire may be required.
• A strong driving record with minimal infractions is essential.
• OSHA-10 certification is a plus.

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00/3:30 PM, with minimal overtime.
• Occasional Saturday shifts may be required.
