• Track and monitor freight shipments across assigned loads
• Assign freight loads accurately using dispatch systems
• Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays to internal teams and drivers
• Maintain detailed operational documentation and dispatch logs
• Identify potential workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment
• Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as necessary

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency with dispatch/tracking software
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Ability to follow structured workflows and operational procedures
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Experience optional; full training provided
