Road Driver

Job Summary

TForce Freight is seeking a reliable and experienced LTL Road Driver to join our growing logistics team. The successful candidate will transport freight across regional and non‑regional routes, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently.
  • Secure cargo properly before departure.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and concerns.
  • Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
  • Adhere to all transportation regulations and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and cargo conditions.
  • Communicate with the dispatch management team about schedules, delays, and issues.
Qualifications
  • Impeccable customer service and dedication.
  • Valid Class A CDL in resident state.
  • Hazmat, tanker, and doubles endorsements.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Meet all DOT and company requirements.
  • Perform essential job functions without obvious risk of injury.
  • Read, write, and speak English.
  • U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Submit complete 10‑year employment history as required by FMCSA regulations.
